• To support development process improvements in credit life department, by leading the process improvement projects and working closely with multiple stakeholders

• Conduct good relationship with partners to communicate the business requirements and implementing future enhancements plans.

• As a product owner of the credit life infrastructure development, especially in digitalization process of all transaction process, from from customer onboarding process, claim, and reporting.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.

• Have experience in project management and or as a product owner related experience.

• Strong skills in maintaining data and dashboard reporting

• Have strong ability to drive projects, leading others and communicate proactively

• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communications skills
