We are seeking a dedicated Cold Calling Agent to join our team on behalf of a prominent international consultancy and market research company. Our client specializes in connecting top professionals with industry experts globally, providing invaluable insights that drive strategic and investment decisions for their clients, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and corporates.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients across various industries.
• Clearly articulate the services provided by our client to potential clients.
• Identify key decision-makers and establish long-term relationships.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system regularly.
• Achieve or exceed monthly targets for calls, meetings, and qualified leads.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong persuasive abilities and resilience in overcoming objections.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices.
• Basic understanding of market research or consultancy services is a plus.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection is required to ensure smooth communication during calls.
• Advanced English proficiency is required to communicate effectively with international clients.
