Key performance indicators:

• Develop & growth F2F fundraising program eficiency meet the SOS Children’s Villages vision, mission and values.
• Collaborated with Fundraiser Development Specialist design effective training programs
• Collaborated with Fundraiser Development Specialist conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions for F2F Fundraiser
• Talent Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality F2F fundraising personnel.
  • Identify potential candidates through networking, social media, job boards, and partnerships with educational institutions.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments of candidates to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and F2F fundraising goals.
• Fundraising Strategy Support:
  • Assist the development team with planning and executing F2F fundraising campaigns, including event organization.
  • Collaborate with the Fundraiser Development Specialist to achieve financial targets and growth objectives.
• Data and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze recruitment data to improve future strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to the Fundraiser Development Specialist and Individual Fundraiser Manager regarding recruitment progress and outcomes.
• Networking and Outreach:

o Represent the organization at community and professional events to promote its mission and recruit F2F fundraising talent.
o Develop partnerships with universities, companies, and community organizations to create pipelines of potential fundraising recruits.
Requirement :

• Bachelor degree in Psychology/MSDM

• A minimum of 2-year experience in recruiter; Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Fluent in English written and verbal communication skills
• Quick to respond, adapt and learn new things
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a team with collaborative skills and as a good listener

• Knowledge of Child Protection http://bit.do/codeofconduct2021

• Willing to travel as and when required
