Client : Vending Machine Manufacturer
Working Arrangement : Hybrid (3 WFO - 2 WFH)
Job Description :

• Handling issues from customers and partners;
• Process customer refund issues;
• Create tickets for each Vending Machine issue;
• Check the condition of the VM in the field;
• Create daily reports based on open tickets;
• Create weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements :

• Female or Male;
• Age 20 - 30 years;
• Minimum Diploma education;
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field;
• Able to operate MS. Excel;
• Active and have good communication skills;
• Domicile Jabodetabek.
