PT Elabram Systems is looking for Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Speaker) for our client in Packaging Manufacturing Industry for placement in Balaraja, Tangerang with details below:
Job Description:

• Establishing good cooperation and communication with customers.
• Creating a production plan for goods according to the customer's delivery schedule.
• Creating production memos in accordance with the schedule and the input Purchase Order (PO).
• Ensuring that goods under the Work Order can be delivered on schedule.
• Preparing Shipping Memos for goods delivery according to the delivery schedule and outstanding Sales Orders/Purchase Orders.
• Reporting and ensuring that goods arrive at the customer on time and are unloaded as scheduled.
• Ensuring stock matches the specified allocation.
• Sending stock and outstanding Sales Order (SO) reports to customers
• Sending Delivery Reports to customers daily.

Requirement:

• Must be able to speak Mandarin (min. HSK 3)
• Willing to work Monday - Saturday (Mon-Fri 08.00-16.15 & Sat 08.00-12.45)
• Placement in Balaraja, Tangerang
• Min. Bachelor's degree from any major
• Have a minimum of 1-2 years working experience in the same field
• Possessed interpersonal and customer service skills
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records
