We are on the lookout for a vibrant and dynamic Engineering MEP Manager to lead our MEP projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Location: Bali, Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Manage MEP projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects and design teams to create effective MEP systems that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the beach club
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all MEP systems to minimize downtime and ensure guest comfort
- Ensure all MEP systems are compliant with local codes, regulations, and industry standards, including safety and environmental practices
- Lead a team of MEP engineers and technicians, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Address system failures or malfunctions promptly, coordinating necessary repairs and upgrades to maintain optimal performance
- Prepare and manage the MEP budget, including cost estimation for projects, maintenance, and emergency repairs
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to procure materials and ensure quality workmanship
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP management, preferably in hospitality or resort environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and maintenance; familiarity with design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit) is preferred
- Proficient in using OPERA system
- Understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
