- Conduct HSE talks across all Kaltara projects according to the established schedule, ensuring participation from all employees and partners.
- Execute tasks in compliance with safety, health, and security standards (K3), electrical safety standards (K2), and housekeeping programs.
- Implement ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Monitor, inspect, maintain, and procure pollution prevention equipment (for air, noise, solid, and liquid pollutants).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports related to job responsibilities.
- Develop and implement programs to mitigate environmental impacts.
- Conduct environmental management and monitoring briefings for internal staff and external partners.
- Create, review, and update environmental regulations, documents, and procedures.
- Ensure effective communication through meetings, training, and promotional activities.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university with a major in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience as an Environmental Supervisor within a Power Plant, Smelter, Construction, or EPC Contractor setting.
- Must hold certifications related to Operational/Pollution Control in Air, Water, and Hazardous Waste (B3).
- Proficiency in Environmental System Management is required.
- Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to escalate field issues effectively.
- Willingness to be placed at the Bulungan Jobsite, North Kalimantan, on a rotational schedule.
