Main Responsibilities
OQA Executive is to assist OQA Department on the responsibility for verifying, by monitoring and
audit, compliance with the adequacy of the procedures necessary for the safe and cost-effective
operation of all operational departments within IAA.
Functional Responsibility / Duties
a. Reporting to QA Manager for the establishment and maintenance of all quality assurance programs
within IAA that are required by ICAO, DGCA, and Company Policy, as well as the IOSA standards.
b. Assisting QA Manager in developing and maintaining the IOSA framework.
c. Ensuring that the operational quality elements of the Safety and QMS are properly established,
implemented, and maintained.
d. Ensuring a regular update on the Operational Audit Program and assigning an auditor for the audit
program.
e. Ensuring all audit programs are running well as per schedule.
f. Liaising with GOQA for any update on a checklist, audit report, and Joint Station Audit schedule.
g. Acting as auditee coordinator on every audit event from GOQA, Government, Audit Organizations,
and else.
h. Monitoring auditors' training and recency.
i. Liaising with post holders on a regular basis to inform the status of the safety audit result, the
progress of preventive and corrective actions, and agreeing on actions for the maintenance and
development of overall safety assurance.
j. Assisting QA Manager in ensuring that departmental audits are completed in accordance with the
audit schedule and that corrective and preventive actions are addressed properly.
k. Assisting OQA Manager to arrange periodic quality assurance evaluation meetings with relevant post.
l. Conducting other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by the Head of CQA and CQA Manager.
Qualification
a. Minimum 3 (three) years as an IAA employee.
b. Have experience in Safety and QMS within airline operations.
c. Have knowledge of general airline operations management.
d. Certified auditor.
e. Good knowledge of CASR, international airline best practices, and other regulations and standards.
