We are currently seeking a highly motivated FAT Supervisor to manage financial operations, including invoicing, profit-sharing, and financial reporting.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated FAT Supervisor to manage financial operations, including invoicing, profit-sharing, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Full Cycle of FAT: Manage and oversee the entire finance, accounting, and tax process, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Invoicing & Profit Sharing: Manage billing processes for clients, covering both Music Subscription and Advertising services. Handle profit-sharing calculations based on revenue percentages for specific clients.
- Reporting: Collaborate with the Tech Support team to gather necessary performance data and create financial reports that will be attached to client invoices. Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and forecasting for ongoing projects, ensuring accurate predictions of income and expenses.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work with the Sales team to develop pricing proposals and ensure compliance with revenue-sharing agreements in client contracts.
- General Finance and Accounting Support: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, payroll, and tax compliance.
- Proven experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (minimum 2 years in a supervisor/leadership role).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and profit-sharing models.
- Experience working in media, advertising, or subscription-based businesses is a plus.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and financial compliance in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Brevet certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Willing to be based in Tangerang Selatan.
