One of our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead their operations at a renowned establishment in BSD, Tangerang. The ideal candidate will focus on managing daily operations, overseeing the restaurant teams, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the restaurant’s daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for the restaurant staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain consistent quality and service standards.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance to meet the restaurant's goals.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Manager in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and customer service.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in BSD, Tangerang.
• Ready to join immediately
