1. Organize and oversee a group of merchants made up of the top 100-200 Merchant Existing
2. Clearly communicate any updates, information, or educational content regarding product features, campaigns, or events in the Whats App group.
3. Meet with merchants who require in-person explanations.
4. Meet the designated targets and escalate any issues to the manager.
5. Provide daily reports on activities and outcomes.
6. Address any operational issues faced by merchants on a daily basis.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree from any education background
2. Familiar with GForm and GDrive. Understanding Excel or Google Spreadsheet would be preferred.
3. Proficient in operating Ms. Excel or Google Spreadsheet (IF, Pivot, Vlookup, IMPORTRANGE, etc)
4. Having SIM C and motorcycle
5. Willing to visit merchant
