Requirements:
  • 3-4 years’ experience in high end restaurant or luxury hotel
  • Capable in modern European and fusion cuisine
  • Relevant bachelor degree highly advantageous
  • Fully competent in all areas of kitchen management
  • Professional Proficient in English
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and supervising the kitchen team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff, to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.
  • Implementing and maintaining strict quality control standards to ensure the highest levels of food quality and safety.
  • Stay updated with culinary trends and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
