Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive - Bali

Reports To: Sales Manager
Role Purpose: To assist Sales Manager in achieving hotel sales goals by managing sales activities and collaborate with other teams to expand brand presence.

Job Title: Hotel Sales Executive - Bali
Job Type: Full time
Location: Bali, Indonesia
Reports To: Sales Manager
Role Purpose: To assist Sales Manager in achieving hotel sales goals by managing sales activities and collaborate with other teams to expand brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities for the sales of hotel rooms
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Conduct negotiations with customers to reach a favorable bargain for both parties, prepare proposals, and close deals
- Fully responsible of accounts under his/her management; including business production, updating profile and contracting or renewing contracts
- Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Attend trade shows and networking events to generate leads and build relationships
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive activity in the local market
- Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any field
- At least 1 year experience of working in the related field
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the local market and industry trends
- Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times
