Marketing Communications – Luxury Boutique Hotel (Ubud)

Do you have a flair for crafting compelling narratives and a passion for luxury hospitality? One of Bali’s leading 5* Boutique Hotel's is looking for Marketing Communications to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of luxury branding and hospitality. They should have a strong background in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with high-end clientele. The candidate will be adept at leveraging social media, PR, and content marketing to enhance brand visibility and drive guest engagement, while also maintaining the hotel's reputation for exclusivity and sophistication.
Requirements:
  • Open for local candidates.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in marketing communication, public relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with a demonstrated ability to create compelling content.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to create compelling and engaging content across various channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and experience in maintaining brand consistency across all communication materials.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications activities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail in content creation and campaign execution.
  • Collaborative attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and brand objectives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing and communication platforms.
  • Maintain and enhance the company's brand image through effective communication strategies.
  • Organise and coordinate press events, media briefings, and public appearances.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing communication campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimise results.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing performance metrics.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform marketing communication strategies and content development.
  • Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Continuously seek out new and innovative communication methods to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
