JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview schedule.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
• Assist in organising staff training, workshops, and activities.
• Maintain secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems.
• Collaborate with payroll to ensure the registration and administration of the employees' benefit programs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in a human resource or administrative role.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, psychology, business administration, management, or a relevant discipline. (Law Background will be preferred and prioritised)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with a solid foundation in HR theory (TOEFL score ≥ 550, please include with CV)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
• Strong ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
