JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage staff recruitment and selection process.
Create job descriptions, and all matters related with the employment process.
Execute the onboarding and induction process.
Managed organising staff training, workshops, and activities.
Creates and maintains secure and confidential HR databases and filing systems
Creating and updating SOP and KPI for all departments.
Manage drafting of legal & other documents including but not limited to employment contracts, NDA, internal company policies, minutes of meetings.
Administers the process for contract renewals, resignations, terminations and probation completions
Execute in the ongoing review of policies and procedures
Assist Manager in the management of poor performance, advising on solution and assisting with their implementation.
Liaise with internal/external stakeholders regarding HR matters.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in a human resource or administrative role.
Bachelor's degree in Law, psychology, management, or a relevant discipline. (Law Background will be preferred and prioritised)
Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with a solid foundation in HR theory (TOEFL score ≥ 550, please include with CV)
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
Strong ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
