ABOUT THE ROLE:
1. Prepare quotations for clients and coordinate the project requirements with the sales team.
2. Provide information about pricing and internal support for sales team.
3. Assist in create lighting calculations for every project using applicable software
4. Assist in sourcing products for projects and the implementation of these on Accurate system.
5. Manage and update Accurate system database.
6. Source the finished goods, compare and evaluate offers from the various suppliers (local & overseas)
7. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
8. Enter order details into Accurate
9. Work closely with PPIC/Manufacturing Engineer and ensure all requirement for production fulfilled
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Proficient oral and written communication in English
4. Attention to detail
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Clear communication skills
7. Proactive and team-oriented attitude
