HR Manager – Organic Chocolate Brand (Sanur)

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes, compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment for employees and ensuring the company is compliant with Indonesian laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Open for local candidates.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience as an HR Development Manager or in a similar HR management role.
- Experience supporting cross-country HR operations, with a preference for those who have worked in HR Shared Services for a global company.
- Familiarity with payroll applications and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Power Point/Slides.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyse HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR functions efficiently.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable in relevant jurisdictions.
- Understanding of cultural differences in HR practices across various countries to effectively manage a diverse workforce.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Identifying staffing needs, job posting and advertising, screening resumes and conducting interviews, onboarding new employees.
- Handling employee grievances, resolving conflicts and disputes, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Conducting HR audits for legal and policy compliance.
- Identifying training, organising employee training programs.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and Managing HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Creating initiatives to boost employee morale and measuring and improving employee engagement.
- Ensuring the organisation follows all employment laws and regulations and upholding ethical standards in HR practices.
- Manage the registration, updates, and termination of employees' BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Ensure timely and accurate BPJS contributions in compliance with regulations and update policies in line with regulatory changes.
- Provide support to employees regarding their BPJS rights and obligations, and handle claims when necessary.
