As an HR:
- Deep knowledge in HR rules & regulation (UU Tenaker, Omnibuslaw, etc)
- Able to create work contract with PKWT, PKWTT, Independent Contractor, Freelance, etc based on regulation
- Managing employee contract period, timesheet, overtime in regular basis
- Deep understanding in BPJS, tax, and other allowances
- Managing employee leave
- Preparing employee onboarding
As a finance:
- Able to manage AP, AR, Petty cash, payroll, reimbursement, etc
- Able to manage tax PPN, PPH, financial & tax reporting
- Expert skill in excel and other financial tools
- Able to manage invoices, PO, PR
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Experience:
