Job Description:

• Assist to handle internal hiring
• Conduct sourcing and approaching potential candidates through various platforms
• Assist executive recruiter for CV screening and HR interview
• Assist in reference check & talent pool

Qualification:

• Undergraduate students, preferably in 7th or 8th semester, majoring in psychology or management, fresh graduate are welcomed (max. 2024).
• Have excellent analytical thinking.
• Have good communication skill.
• Highly passionate about Human Resources.
• Willing to always learn.
• Strong growth mindset.
• Willingnes to go out of comfort zone to learn and deliver critical tasks required for the company's goal as well as self-growth.

This internship are:

• Preferably can start ASAP.
• Minimum 3 months.
