Position Summary
We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR daily activities.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling onsite test and interviews
- Provide support in the preparation of recruitment-related documentation and reports
- Support other HR administrative tasks, e.g. Training, and other HR activities
- Manage company social media
Skills and Qualifications
- Final Year Student (with no class attends), currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related areas. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Available for 1 year internship period
- Passion for the HR area
- Middle to advanced English proficiency
- Able to operate Microsoft Excel
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Willing to Work from Office Monday - Friday
- Able to use design tools (Canva / Photoshop)
