• 3 - 5 years of progressively experience more on a management position in Human Resources in a luxury resort or a cluster role
• ⁠Excellent leadership and communication in writing, business presentations, and interpersonal communication.
• ⁠Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• ⁠In depth knowledge of HR Principles, labor laws and regulation
• ⁠Experience in performance management and conflict resolution
• ⁠Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
