Inside Sales Digital Marketing professionals build on a solid foundation in customer support, digital marketing expertise, and strong technology capabilities to support and guide small & medium businesses in their social media marketing efforts, both maximizing their personal capabilities and helping their businesses grow.
Requirements

• Sales Experience: At least 1-year sales experience.
• Overall Work Experience: 3 Years Work Experience or 2 Years Work Experience if a graduate of Sales/Marketing Related Courses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• BPO experience is preferred.
• Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling Strong knowledge in ad solutions within e Commerce platforms.
• Understanding of SMB needs and customer journeys in e Commerce. Experience with data-driven decision-making (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
• Proficiency with CRM systems for client management. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced & multicultural environment.
