Record to Report Accounting and Reporting Analyst

The R2R Accounting Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies. This role involves closing monthly and annual accounts, performing reconciliations, and analyzing financial data to support the organization’s financial objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong analytical mindset, and can effectively communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Perform account reconciliations, ensuring all financial information is accurate and up to date.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with financial reporting standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the finance team in audits and other financial reviews.
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-5 years of experience in an R2R or similar accounting role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP and ERP tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, including active English proficiency.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
