Job Description:

• Assist in drafting agreements and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the legal team.
• Support in reviewing agreements from other divisions.
• Conduct research on relevant regulations affecting the company’s business.
• Provide day-to-day assistance to the legal team in handling various legal matters.
• Be proactive and contribute ideas in problem-solving discussions.

Requirements

• Final year law student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Passion for learning and interest in corporate legal work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Previous internship experience in a startup or legal department is a plus, but not required.
