Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Corporate, Economics & Business, or Commercial Law)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the legal field, focusing on agreements (both local and international), or licensing, or industrial relations
• Strong expertise in corporate law, healthcare industry regulations, and/or labor law
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Prior experience in industrial relations is a plus
• Job location: Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta

Jobdesc

• Ensure prompt responses to user requests related to legal matters
• Draft, renew, and extend legal documents, including deeds and permits
• Oversee the availability and validity of all legal documents, company certifications, and supporting paperwork essential for business operations (e.g., deeds, permits, agreements)
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations to prevent reprimands, lawsuits, or claims from external parties
• Provide legal opinions and advice to management
• Analyze and evaluate contracts to ensure adherence to legal standards
• Liaise between the company and third parties to resolve legal issues
• Assist in managing industrial relations and resolving related matters within the company
