Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent
• At least 4 years' experience as Legal & Permit in Managerial level
• Preferably specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent
• High Integrity is a must
• Good Knowledge for OSS System
• Responsible for Corporate Contract Documents
• Strong Legal & Permit Experiences in Corporate Law, Land Acquisition and Land Permit, Litigation
• Knowledge of immigration laws is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills and result oriented
• Well groomed, great attitude, honest and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and in a team
