Legal Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contract agreements.
• Provide legal advice to ensure compliance with local regulations.

- Maintain and organize legal documents, ensuring they are up- to-date and compliant with the relevant laws.

• Handle company certification processes and ensure the timely renewal of licenses.
• Liaise with external legal advisors when necessary.

HR Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies.
• Advise on employment laws, employee rights, and obligations. Develop and update internal HR policies in accordance with labor laws.
• Assist in the drafting of employee contracts, including onboarding and termination procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest HR regulatory changes and ensure company compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in both legal and HR roles, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR regulations.
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
• Knowledge of certification processes and license management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Must be able to speak English

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing legal and HR issues.
