Offshore Facilities Engineering & Supplies Coordinator

Purpose:
To manage all engineering design activities related to the Offshore Facilities Work Package (FPSO/FPU); the activities include managing a multidisciplinary engineering team during the detailed engineering and project execution phases, ensuring that the design meets Company requirements, project objectives for cost, schedule, safety, and environmental impact.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Facilities engineering planning and monitoring (schedule, (work breakdown structure) WBS, cost, and compliance of work to project specifications)
- Reviewing detailed engineering documentation and coordinating the Company reviewing process relevant to the Offshore Facilities Work Package
- Verify proper engineering and HSEQ standards (according to Company standards and local norms and legislation) are applied
- Monitor Onshore and Offshore contractor activities from an engineering perspective, with particular attention to the contractor’s engineering plan
- Manage contractor performance in accordance with contractual obligations
- Liaise with Interface Engineer(s) to close out interface queries and ensure overall design integrity and consistency
- Support in response to Contractor Technical Queries (TQs) and Deviation Requests (DRs)
- Monitor and assess offshore facilities contractor contractual performance, quality processes and schedules, as well as manage KPI’s evaluation processes for the engineering section
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to technical and engineering personnel when required
- During the Fabrication and Integration phase, be the focal point for all the queries coming from Company personnel at construction sites relevant to Offshore Facilities Work package engineering
- Monitoring Offshore Facilities Contractor and vendor engineering progress and milestone achievement
- Liaise with the Operation Department during facilities handover
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Technical Degree or equivalent
Professional Qualification:
- Minimum 8 (eight) years experience in the oil and gas project
- Experience with at least 5 (five) years in project engineering in a major oil & gas company
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Required Competencies:
- Knowledge of Organization Processes: Company/Corporate organization, Internal Standard, Project Management process, Suppliers qualification methodology and techniques, Feed-back development and diffusion, technical audit and Design Review, Work team management methodology, Documentation management, and basic knowledge of Project Procurement Management, Contracting Strategy, Contract Management.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the contractual terms, conditions and requirements and the particular Scope of Work to be performed by all the Project Contractors.
- Basic multidisciplinary knowledge relevant to Offshore Development Projects.
- Good knowledge and understanding of the process engineering for offshore development.
- Good abilities to read, understand, interpret, and write reports and documentation.
- Good communication skills at all levels.
- Working experience in a multi-national environment
- Working Conditions: Office Environment and Onshore/Offshore Site either in country or abroad (if necessary)
