Subsea & Offshore Infrastructures Technologies Coordinator

Purpose:
- To provide Subsea facilities engineering and operational solution to greenfield and brownfield production facility to support Development Projects planned in the Indonesian Area.
- To assure the quality, consistency, and timely execution of engineering activities performed both by internal and contractor teams for new greenfield facilities as well as for the improvement of existing ones.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Coordination and development of a Subsea and Offshore Development team, mentoring the resources and developing a growing path for the managed resources
- Identify and address problems in an effective way summarizing the key aspects. Propose and develop solutions for the following implementation follow-up.
- Select the best technical/economical solutions, ensuring the overall technical integrity of the systems to be engineered
- Quality and consistency of project (package) definition
- Engineering activities completion according to the project plan
- Provide continuous follow-up from the beginning until the close-out of facilities improvement solution implementation
- Assuring the application to the project of all the relevant norms, local rules, company standards, and international best practices with particular attention to accident prevention and human protection, environmental impact reduction, and energy efficiency
- Ensure consistency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of the project design, in compliance with international standards, project specifications, company guidelines, and engineering best practices
- Site inspection and interfacing with the third-party contractor on technical and delivery issues
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent Technical Degree.
- Professional Qualification: Minimum 8 (eight) years of experience in oil and gas facilities engineering with exposure to subsea activities and offshore installations
- Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa

- Previous Experience in EPC/EPCI execution and contracting preferred.
- Familiarity with international standards for (EIA) and methodology of environmental surveys.
- Previous experience of on/offshore installations and operations and manufacturing testing activities (FAT), (SIT), (SRT), (EFAT), etc.
- Previous experience in Selection, Feasibility, and (FEED) studies aimed to the identification of Design to Cost solutions and maximization of economical project performance.
- (ITT) packages preparation, functional specifications, and Tender Technical Evaluation.
- Ability to explain the general concepts that drive the subsea layout choices.
- Knowledge of the architectural elements of the subsea production and control systems
- Ability to read (PFD), (P&ID), and other process related documentation
- Knowledge of the main interfaces related to subsea equipment based on a contractual strategy.
- Familiarity with the implementation of the HSE management system
- Problem-solving, debottlenecking, and troubleshooting of production facilities
- (HAZID), (HAZOP), (FERA), and (QRA) basic knowledge and (SIMOPS), (RCA), and Risk Assessment knowledge
- Familiar with the local/national and international standards and codes
- Experience in commissioning is a plus
