- Preserving confidential sensitive information and keeping a central file system up to date and maintained.
- Compile meeting minutes and get a deck ready for the gathering or as needed.
- Assist in filling out any necessary legal paperwork.
- Corporate works with other interested parties to plan and coordinate special business events (town hall meetings, corporate events, market visits, etc.).
- Obtaining information from multiple sources quickly in order to fulfill the reporting and data requirements of the C-Level
- Managing and processing data, and preparing data analysis to meet the demands of the C-Level.
- Screening all incoming and outgoing calls, letters, and visitors; scheduling all both internal and external meetings; organizing the calendar; and prioritizing issues for the C-Level
- Assistance C-Level Claim Expenses
- Other duties that the C-Level assigned
- Three years minimum of relevant experience as a personal, administrative, or corporate assistants
- Strong planning & analytical abilities
- Extremely cautious and detail-oriented
- Strong writing and speaking abilities in English
- Strong proficiency in computer programs (Google Workspace)
- Possesses a great degree of discretion and is skilled at handling delicate information.
- Cooperative and proficient in networking
- Exceptional organizing abilities and the capacity to take the lead on business projects and initiatives
- On site at Salatiga HQ Office
