• 1-4 years experience in procurement, especially in Civil Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Fluent in English
• Strong ability to develop and maintain vendor/supplier relationships.
• Proficient in analyzing quotations and managing cost estimates for construction/renovation projects.
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, including PO creation, order follow-ups, and supplier performance evaluation.
• Skilled in SKU-level negotiation and cost negotiation with suppliers.
• Experience in managing vendor onboarding, data management, and supporting Accounts Payables with invoice resolution.
• Ability to prepare and explain detailed reports, including cost analysis and project results.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.
