Job Deskripsi

Collect competitor product specification and performance data of trucks, especially mid and heavy duty trucks. Conduct data analysis and spec comparison.
Cooperate with the sales team to visit customers, understand their needs, and promote Dongfeng product solutions.
Maintain close communication with dealers, pay attention to the on-site Dongfeng product performance, and put forward product improvement suggestions based on customer feedback and market trend.
Assist in monitoring on-site product operation and user training for end customers.

Deskripsi Persyaratan

Bachelor degree or above, at least 5 years of working experience in product design or technical support of heavy-duty truck industry.
Able to communicate and report with fluent English, analyze and solve problems.
Professional quality, practical work, positive attitude, sense of cooperation.
Base: Jakarta. Accept short-term trip to the mining area to do market investigation, technical support and other tasks.
