Overview: Property Launching Staff (Entry Level)
A Property Launching Staff (Entry Level) plays a pivotal role in the preparation and execution of new property launches, ensuring all marketing, operations, and client-facing elements are aligned for a successful debut. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in property management, marketing, or real estate.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing new properties for launch, including ensuring MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) are properly installed and functioning.
• Provide technical support to ensure that all systems are compliant with safety regulations and are running efficiently.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify the quality and completeness of the installations before property handover.
• Work closely with external contractors and suppliers to manage timelines and ensure that the property is ready for launch.
• Willingness to travel between various property locations, ensuring that the launch of new properties is smooth and all MEP systems are set up properly.

Requirements:

• Male Candidates who live in Bali will be prioritized.
• Have a motorcycle and able to drive a motorcycle.
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace.
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to identify and address basic technical issues.
• Must be open to frequent travel to different property locations for site visits and inspections (Mobile Working Style).
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and solve on-site technical issues.
• Capable of working collaboratively with contractors and other team members to meet deadlines and ensure a successful property launch.
• Able to handle various challenges at different property sites and adjust to changing project requirements.
