Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor Nirvana, Bali. The Quantity Surveyor willbe responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, cost management, planning, and reporting.Daily tasks involve managing project costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring budgetadherence.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Relevant work experience in construction or real estate industry.
• Having experience atleast 2 years as Quantity Surveyor (Estimator) Infrastructure in Developer Company or Consultant Quantity Surveyor
• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Reporting skills
• BOQ preparation and Cost Planning expertise
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Candidate should be willing to work at Bali.
