Job Description
- Responsible to calculate and prepare the budget and predictable/unpredictable cost estimation
- Responsible to handle pre-contract stages and post-contract stages of the project
- Identifying budget and potential budget
- Evaluating the offering price with the contractor
Job Requirement
- Age max 37 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 Years of working experience as Senior QS MEP is required for this position from Consultant / Developer Company and handle high rise building project from pre to post contract stage (Final Account)
- Proficiency: MEP Design, CAD, Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office
