Job Descriptions:
- Perform cost analysis of various types of work in preparation for tender
- Prepare and engage in the negotiation process with vendors or sub contractors, prepare tender documents and agreements.
- Prepare tender evaluation
- Make harsat analysis
- Checking the progress of the field and making detailed reports
- Control over budget and cost benefit analysis for all aspect of work
- Tracking any changes to the design or actual work and make adjustment to budget projections
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma Degree from Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experiences in the same field, preferably those who have handled high rise building projects.
- Have a good teamwork skills.
- Computer literate (Ms. Office).
- Willing to be placed in Thamrin, Jakarta.
