Our client is one of the leading upscale restaurant groups in Bali, operating several busy outlets in various locations. Looking for talented professional Restaurant & Bar Manager to join the team in Berawa, Bali.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff, including training, scheduling and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue, improve efficiency and maintain high standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and seasonal offerings
• Maintain inventory, control cost, and optimize profitability
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly

Requirements:

• Preferably Bali-based
• Proven experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends, safety protocols, and industry best practices
• Job placement in Berawa, Canggu, Bali
