Your ‘day to day’
This role is part of the global Reverse Supply Chain organization and accountable to ensure the operational excellence of the end-to-end Reverse Supply Chain operations covering the inbound & outbound processes, and related systems with focus on Fulfilment, Capacity Planning and coordination of the Returns.
(1) Deploy, maintain and continuously improve global standard Fulfilment processes & systems for inbound & outbound Reverse Supply Chain operations to fulfill shipment plans on time & in full at optimum cost
(2) Build and sustain capabilities in Business Service Provider (BSP) to ensure seamless execution of global standard Fulfilment process & drumbeat approved by Sync Hub for Reverse Supply Chain in compliance with financial flows, SOX and Tolling requirements
(3) Build & strengthen relations with internal & external stakeholders (markets, S&I, LCT, Logistics Operations team, hubs), ensure timely information sharing & collection with the Sync Hub Electronics Supply Planning & Fulfilment teams and monitor BSP performance related to Fulfilment operations
(4) Resolve exceptions & escalations via data driven decision making related to day-to-day fulfilment processes for Reverse Supply Chain operations
(5) Deploy global standard Fulfilment processes for new market onboarding related to the inbound & outbound operations, and implement assigned projects for enhancement of Fulfilment processes & systems as approved by Sync Hub
(6) Review required short & long term capacity for Reverse Supply Chain activities within weekly & monthly drumbeat, identify risks and ensure capacity availability for supply continuity in cooperation with S&I team and prepare budget inputs & monitor actuals vs. budget regularly
(7) Conduct feasibility checks, coordinate & prepare Business Case for reworks to be submitted for approvals and ensure execution of the rework processes by markets, Logistics Service Providers, Fulfilment teams, e-Hub and EMS/Hubs in line with the plans in the approved business case
(8) Ensure compliance with company practices, laws & regulation and tolling
Who we’re looking for

• College/University: Master's degree in supply chain, business administration, economics, or related fields.
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Work experience: 5+ Years of experience in Supply Chain especially in Fulfilment stream (Logistics & Order Management)
• Experience in project management, preferably in Operations and in a multinational company and/or in a complex business environment Third party service provider supplier & performance management experience
• Reverse Supply Chain experience highly preferred with durable goods, home appliances, consumer electronics,etc.
