A Senior Accounting Manager with a background in hospitality and Big Four consulting is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities. They ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, develop financial strategies, and provide leadership for the accounting team. Leveraging their experience in consulting and the hospitality industry, they implement best practices to streamline operations and enhance profitability.

- Vendor relations:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- Experience: 10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior accounting role within the hospitality industry. Prior experience in a Big Four consulting firm is essential.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books), advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Hospitality Knowledge: Understanding of financial operations specific to the hospitality industry, including revenue management, cost control, and seasonal budgeting.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading a finance team, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
