Education:
- Managing operationsOverseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, distribution, customer service, and administration
- Setting goalsDeveloping business plans, financial objectives, and forecasts, and ensuring sales targets are met
- Managing budgetsMonitoring budgets and allocating funds appropriately
- Motivating staffProviding training, coaching, and development to employees, and motivating them to achieve objectives
- Evaluating performanceMonitoring employee performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Building relationshipsNetworking with local authorities, industry associations, and other branches, and representing the company at events
- Staying currentStaying informed about regulatory changes, industry trends, and competing markets
- ReportingPreparing and submitting reports on branch performance, operational activities, and market trends
Education:
- S1 (Required)
- Branch Manager (Dealership): 5 years (Required)
