Job Description
- Manage receiving and outgoing inventory for spare parts, fuel, and chemicals.
- Maintain minimum stock levels and ensure physical stock matches book records.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
- Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry into Tally, CMMS, and Excel.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to achieve warehouse objectives.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
Experience
- D3 graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehouse/Packaging operations, or high school graduates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Warehouse/Packaging operations.
- Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work collaboratively to achieve Warehouse goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions quickly.
- Analytical thinking and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Proficient in operating inventory processes and related racking/pallet systems.
- Understanding of Receiving-Stock-Outgoing processes.
- Ability to perform FIFO-FEFO and troubleshoot slow/dead stock issues.
- Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
