Job Description

Manage receiving and outgoing inventory for spare parts, fuel, and chemicals.
Maintain minimum stock levels and ensure physical stock matches book records.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports.
Ensure accurate data entry into Tally, CMMS, and Excel.
Collaborate with team members and departments to achieve warehouse objectives.
Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

Experience

D3 graduates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Warehouse/Packaging operations, or high school graduates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Warehouse/Packaging operations.
Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with team members and supervisors.
Ability to work collaboratively to achieve Warehouse goals.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and implement solutions quickly.
Analytical thinking and organizational skills.
Excellent time management abilities.
Proficient in operating inventory processes and related racking/pallet systems.
Understanding of Receiving-Stock-Outgoing processes.
Ability to perform FIFO-FEFO and troubleshoot slow/dead stock issues.
Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
