• Oversee and monitor all front and back of the cafe & restaurant operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably in hospitality/tourism).
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage especially in Coffee Industry
• Willing to work on holidays
• Passionate in Fn B or Coffee Industry
• Flexible Work Placement especially Sunter and PIK
