The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of the villa, including guest relations, staff management, and overall property maintenance. The candidate must be adept at delivering exceptional service standards, anticipating guests' needs, and creating bespoke experiences that reflect the villa’s premium status.
Requirements :

• Open for local candidates.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the same or a similar position in a luxury resort, villa, or hotel.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Meticulous, result-driven, organised, and detail-oriented person.
• Exceptional team member with innovative problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work.
• Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing and reservation strategies.

Responsibilities :

• Development and implementation of a clear and concise communication system with all potential guests.
• Respond promptly to all guest requests and enquiries throughout their villa stay.
• Follow guest checkout ensuring assessment of guest stay and experience details recorded in guest records.
• To assist in day to day monitoring and management of the booking calendar.
• Assist with monitoring and managing OTA listings and channel manager.
• Develop relationships with offline travel agents and OTA channels.
• Assist with analysis of reservation and occupancy date, market comparison and trend analysis.
• Manage and update the database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
• Assist in maintenance of up to date guest records.
