Account Development Representative - Asana (German Bilingual)

Location: Ireland, remote

What will you do?

Proactively source and close revenue within your book of business
Educate your accounts on the value of work management platforms
Develop and leverage customer relationships to expand usage with the new teams and departments.
L ead a customer outreach process that will include calls and emails with the intent of building and managing external customer relationship with continued account support
Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and spend with the client brand we represent.
Use client provided and self-guided training resources to stay up to date on knowledge of the product
Use data to manage, review, report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets.
Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly target.
Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM tool.
Build and manage both Internal Market Star team and external client counterpart relationships
Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal Market Star peers and leadership.
Use data to drive planning and success internally
Internally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc.

What you will need to succeed?

Strong time and project management organizational skills
1-2 years’ experience in an account development/sales role
Native-level German (speak, read, write)
Demonstrated ability to build relationships
Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals
Lateral thinking, coachable and ability to adapt to change
Able to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred
Previous experience with account development or prior experience in sales/technology preferred
Proficiency with using a sales platform a plus

This is an exempt position.

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €42,000 with an additional variable bonus component of €8,000 . There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
