The successful applicant will work as part of a dynamic team, supporting client relationships to achieve some incredible results through selling advertising across print, online and events!
Roles and responsibilities:

• Nurturing working relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable commercial solutions
• Utilise CRM to manage and track advertising campaigns
• Source new business leads by generating new clients or proposing new media/commercial advertising services
• Process inbound leads effectively
• Achieve all KPI’s and revenue targets
• Build sales pipeline, negotiating, and closing sales deals
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets
• Analyse market trends and behaviour to optimise advertising efforts
• Create compelling proposals and presentations
• Will be required to travel to Belfast Office (2 days a week)

Essential skills and experience:

• Minimum of 2 year's experience in B2B sales/ account management/outbound telesales
• Driving license
• Excellent phone manner and writing skills
• Experience delivering outstanding customer service
• Managing key accounts

What we offer:

• Salary £35k, expected OTE £55,000
• 28 days paid annual leave

Schedule:

• Day shift
• HYBRID : Monday to Friday (2 days in Belfast Office)

Supplemental pay types:
