Job Title: Aftersales Team Lead

Please note: This role is a hybrid role and will require a minimum of 2 days per week in the office in Kenmare
Position Overview:
RVR Energy Technology Ltd is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Aftersales Team Lead to oversee and grow the aftersales and service department. This key role will involve managing customer relationships, coordinating service activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving growth in the aftersales division. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, and experience in customer support.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management
• Act as the primary contact for all aftersales inquiries, addressing customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Develop and implement processes for regular follow-ups with customers post-installation to ensure continued service satisfaction.
• Service Team Coordination
• Coordinate the service team, setting clear performance goals and expectations.
• Organize, schedule, and allocate resources for service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with other departments, including sales and technical support, to streamline service processes.
• Aftersales Department Growth and Development
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
• Track and report on KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and revenue growth in the aftersales department.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a customer-facing role within aftersales, service, or technical support
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in renewable energy, HVAC, or related technical sectors is highly desirable.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, make decisions, and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
