Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Agency Chefs to join our team. As an Agency Chef with Chef Jobs Ireland, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse culinary environments, showcasing your skills while adapting to different kitchen settings and cuisines. This role offers flexibility, competitive compensation starting at €18-€20 per hour, and the chance to work with some of the best establishments in Ireland.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to client specifications and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations and timely service
• Adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and work effectively in fast-paced settings
• Demonstrate creativity and flexibility in menu planning and execution, catering to diverse culinary preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every meal prepared
• Follow client-specific guidelines and procedures to meet their unique culinary requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef in various culinary settings, such as restaurants, hotels, catering companies, or similar establishments
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, cooking methods, and international cuisines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences
• Ability to adapt quickly to different kitchen environments and thrive in fast-paced settings
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable transportation to travel to different job locations as needed
