Chef Jobs Ireland Ltd is currently recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, a prestigious 4-star hotel in County Meath, for the position of Operations Manager . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join a busy, thriving establishment and take charge of all aspects of hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of all hotel departments, including front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
- Ensure the smooth running of all hotel functions and maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that optimize hotel performance and enhance the guest experience.
- Lead and motivate department heads and staff, fostering a positive, collaborative working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the hotel's senior management to drive operational excellence and meet business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar operations management role, preferably within a 4-star hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to manage a diverse team and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on achieving results.
