Purpose of Job: To be an integral part of our culinary team. Preparing and serving our dishes to the highest of standards in line with the renowned tradition and excellence of Bewley's Grafton Street!

Department: Heart of House
Reporting to: Head Chef

Some Duties/Expectations:

To be a contributing team player and a valued part of our dynamic culinary team.
Our CDP duties include a mixture of preparation and service.
The right candidate would keep abreast of any new food trends and innovations on the Irish culinary scene.
Our CDPs would participate in the menu development process together with the culinary team to create an evolving seasonal offering.
Great communication with the Executive Chef and Management Team to always ensure the smooth operations of the kitchen and service is required.
Adhering to all regulations in respect of Food Safety, Health and Safety, hygiene, guest safety, fire regulations, etc is essential in our business.

Requirements:

Team player
Able to thrive in a fast paced environment
Detail focused
3 years experience in a similar role in a Hotel and Event.

Rate of pay: €18 per hour DOE plus tips
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €18.00 per hour
